A Designers Villa at the sea of Ayvalik, Cunda, Turkey
The Olive Villa is situated in an amazing location in the Poyraz Sitesi of Cunda island. It is a modest size two storied villa with a swimming pool overlooking the sea. It has been modern renovated and tastefully furnished, and is suitable for 6 people. The interior design theme is natural and white, with newly laid wooden floors. Although it is modern and sharp in its interior it's external design gives it a soft, relaxing, homey feel that makes it suitable for all visitors, no matter if you are a family, a group of friends or a couple looking for a romantic getaway.
Amazing Villa
Walking into the Villa you are greeted with a spiral staircase overlooking the living room. Walking down four steps you find the door leading to the kitchen, and down four more steps you walk into the cosy, bright living room with a grand half circular sofa facing the fireplace. It also has two sliding doors on either side that leads onto the spacious well presented veranda which brightens the living room and invites in the wonderful sea air. The staircase is designed in a way that it gives you a nice bird view of the living room all the way to the top. Your vacation starts now!

It's more than just a summer house! Cunda The town of Cunda is as close as it gets to "Greek island" atmosphere in Turkey. It's cozy and liveley and offers many great restaurants at the harbor.
Ayvalik, Seytan Sofrasi Hill The Turkish people believe that the sunset from Seytan Sofrasi is the most beautiful and romantic sunset in the world. There are special busses to take you up and while you wait for the sunset you can enjoy drinks from the restaurant.
Sarimsaki beach Going swimming at Sarismaski beach is a satisfying cleansing experience. The water here is crystal clear with a sandy beach and while you swim you can see the Greek island Lesbos witch is 15 km away from Sarimaki beach.
Poroselene bay In the north of Cunda Island is probably the island's major 'sight'. In antiquity, it was the home of a dolphin who saved a drowning boy, mentioned by Pausanias.
Ilyosta Island Ilyosta Island is one the main point of tourist attraction were you can observe wild life and enjoy the small clean beaches.

The nearest airport to Ayvalik is Adnan Menderes Airport, which is situated in Izmir. Izmir is the third biggest city in Turkey, it has a good network of transport systems. The Airport is 158 km (98 miles)from Ayvalik, so the journey will take roughly two hours via a highway.
To get from Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport to Ayvalik, you can take a taxi or service bus of Airline Company to Oto-Gar (in Turkish: Izmir Oto Gari) Station. Go to upstairs, see the bus company offices. "Metro", "Sebat Turizm" firms have direct bus connections to Ayvalik.Cost is about 5-10 Euro (10-15 Million TL). You can also take a taxi, which might sound expensive but it is quite cheaper than that in any European country or America. All the taxis are yellow colour, with a "taxi" sign on the top of the car.
